Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective clients, assess case viability, and guide them through the decision-making process.
- Clearly explain employee rights, workplace violations, and the legal process to potential clients.
- Work closely with intake specialists and legal teams to streamline case onboarding.
- Maintain compliance with all legal and ethical standards while maximizing client conversion.
Qualifications:
- Licensed attorney in good standing in CA.
- Proven ability to sell legal services and establish client trust.
- Experience in employment law, with a strong understanding of workplace disputes, wrongful termination, discrimination, and wage claims.
- Exceptional communication, persuasion, and client service skills.
- Sales experience is a huge plus.
