An excellent opportunity has become available due to continuous growth. This is a newly created role for a Client Accountant within the Property sector on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities of this role include: - Reporting to clients (standard and client specific reporting) ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are adhered to
- Key contact for queries externally and internally, providing support and advice
- Complete balance sheet reviews accompanied with full commentary
- Manage a small team responsible for managing resource levels, performance management and development
- Manage and maintain the property and tenant database for all clients.
- Liaise with the Treasury team regarding the demand of rent, Service charge and any other monies from Tenants
- Collection of outstanding amounts
- Amendments to accounts
- Payment of property related transactions
