Position: Client Account Manager
In this role, you'll receive in-depth, hands-on training in areas such as marketing strategies, sales execution, and business operations. This position is designed to help you develop professionally and advance within the organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Interact with prospective customers through in-person marketing efforts
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients
- Effectively communicate and promote products and services
- Meet and exceed sales and performance objectives
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist with issue resolution
- Stay up to date on products, services, and ongoing promotions
- Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training opportunities
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus but not mandatory
- Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
