We're looking for a dynamic and client-focused Account Executive to join our fast-paced team. You'll play a key role in strengthening client relationships and driving revenue through excellent service delivery and strategic account growth.

Description of Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Build proactive relationships with clients, ensuring regular communication regarding existing bookings, future opportunities and any services updates.
  • Achieve revenue growth targets for assigned accounts.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling any queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and work closely with internal teams to address any issues, ensuring the highest level of service and customer retention.
  • Improve inbound quote-to-conversion ratio.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Actively seek out new opportunities within your client list, securing further work and projects.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's needs and preferences, tailoring services and offerings to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding the client base and increasing sales.

Quoting and Scheduling:

  • Handle inbound inquiries and create quotes using the company's quoting software.
  • Add jobs to the scheduling system, ensuring accurate and timely entry of all necessary information.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless coordination of services for clients.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Use Pipedrive CRM to manage client accounts effectively and identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and present reports on client and revenue progress to senior management.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry news and developments, sharing insights with the team and clients as appropriate.

Person requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software applications for quoting and scheduling.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach, with a focus on continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, reactive environment.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites or events.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving in high-pressure situations.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
