Job Summary
The person in this position is under general supervision to perform a variety of typing and clerical duties designed to assist the designated department and assigned supervisor in routine clerical tasks related to the program. Primary responsibilities are to:
• Assist administrative and instructional personnel in the planning, coordinating, implementing and administering of State and local assessments to meet accountability requirements.
• Acquire, store, distribute and maintain an inventory of test materials, supplies and equipment.
• Assist in the development and distribution of test preparatory materials.
• Maintain the security of test materials.
• Administer, score, and input the results of various proficiency tests into computer data management system.
• Accurately enter student data and services into computer data management system, and assist in the maintenance of student records and files as it pertains to meeting State and Federal accountability requirements for programs such as Title I and Title III.
• Extract and distribute the test results to appropriate site personnel as directed by supervisor.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality when working with student records and test results.
• Perform a variety of typing and clerical work, such as standard and statistical typing, data entry, proofreading, filing, posting information on records, compiling basic information for reports and summaries.

The written test will be given on WEDNESDAY, MAY 21, 2025 AT 9:00AM OR 2:00PM basis (picture ID required). Late arrivals will not be admitted for testing. No cell phones. Current employees working in a different job classification and desiring to make application for a vacant position should complete and submit an Application for Classified Employment to the Personnel Office prior to the posted deadline. An employee requesting to transfer from one work site to another work site in the same job classification, must complete and submit a classified Request for Transfer to the Personnel Office prior to the deadline. Outside applicants will also be considered.
