Manpower is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented
Administrative Assistant to support our client's insurance office. This role involves managing incoming calls, processing insurance submissions, and assisting the Workers' Compensation and Commercial Auto departments. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Pay: $13.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities Phone Reception - Answer and route calls professionally
- Provide basic information and direct inquiries appropriately
Insurance Submissions - Receive and review submissions via email, fax, or mail
- Create and maintain submission files
- Enter data into agency and document management systems
- Follow up with clients and staff for missing or clarifying information
Departmental Support - Assist with new and renewal business processing
- Handle endorsements, certificates, policy changes, and related tasks
- Maintain organized electronic records
- Track open items and follow up with underwriters and clients
- Provide general administrative and data entry support
Qualifications - High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
- Prior administrative or insurance experience is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with agency management software is a plus
- Discreet with sensitive and confidential information
