Job Title: Clerical Administrative Support Specialist
Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite Only

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Support Specialist to provide essential clerical and data entry support in a professional office setting. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using a computer and Microsoft Office applications and will be trained on proprietary software and systems. This position plays a vital role in maintaining smooth front-office operations and delivering excellent internal and external service.
Key Responsibilities: - Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail including certified mail
- Scan, electronically fax, and archive documents using Adobe Acrobat and internal systems
- Order and maintain office supplies, postage, and other clerical necessities
- Perform accurate data entry for applications, renewals, and recertifications in FSD systems
- Register client applications and audit supporting documents for completeness
- Greet and triage visitors in the office lobby; enter client interactions into the Statewide Lobby system
- Provide administrative support as assigned to assist with case processing and customer inquiries
Qualifications: - Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- High school diploma or GED required; some college or prior clerical experience preferred
