A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a
Clean Room Technician. Position type: Full-time Contract Duration: 6 months Location: Syracuse, NY As a
Clean Room Technician, you will:
- Participating in aseptic production while maintaining GMP records, to include material preparation, component preparation, material transfer to/from clean room, cleaning and sanitizing of spaces, and disassembly and cleaning of parts.
- Operating equipment in the cleaning room, to include sterilizing tunnel and vial washing equipment.
- Performing routine maintenance of production equipment, to include bubble point tests.
- Documenting data and completing batch records as required.
- Preparing cleaning/sanitization solutions and cleaning materials to specifications
- Performing cleaning and maintenance of environmentally controlled areas and support spaces.
- Inspecting, packing and performing final product screening of finished goods.
- Maintaining required procedural training.
- Maintaining room and equipment logbooks for department.
- Assisting with raw material and component inventory as required.
- Assisting with special projects as required or requested.
- Maintaining compliance with SOPs, GMPs, and all company policies.
The ideal candidate will have:- Bachelor's degree preferred; one or more years previous work experience in a hospital or manufacturing environment or doing clean room filling.
- Experience working in a production environment, ideally in a clean room setting.
- Basic mechanical skills related to the operation of equipment.
- Knowledge and skill in operating various specialized equipment, such as filling, washing, and sanitizing equipment.
- Knowledge of clean room procedures- preferred
- Knowledge of and compliance with GMP regulations- preferred.
- Knowledge of general computer functions such as Microsoft Office programs, spreadsheets, etc.
