Job Title: Clean Room Production Supervisor
Location: Akron, OH
Pay Rate: $28 - $33 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday

Our clean room facility upholds the highest standards in safety and product integrity. We are seeking an experienced Clean Room Production Supervisor to lead and support a team of 8 dedicated production technicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of 8 clean room production technicians to achieve daily production targets and uphold quality standards.
- Coordinate workflow and assign tasks to ensure efficient operation of the clean room.
- Oversee adherence to clean room protocols, safety regulations, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training needs for team members.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, quality checks, and incident reports.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Maintenance departments to resolve process or equipment issues.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize workflow.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, FDA regulations, and all relevant industry standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clean room or medical device manufacturing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of clean room protocols, GMP, and FDA regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and develop staff.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Proficient with basic computer applications (MS Office, production management software).
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
