Class A CDL Driver / Warehouse Associate Home Daily Overtime + Union Benefits

We're hiring a Class A CDL Driver & Warehouse Associate for a full-time role based in Cedar Rapids, IA . In this hybrid position, you'll help with loading/unloading dairy products , managing inventory in the warehouse, and supporting delivery routes . Most driving is local- you'll be home daily -and there's overtime available . After the temp-to-hire period, you'll become part of a union with great benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
Load and unload milk trailers and organize inventory
Prepare and stage new orders for delivery (high AM volume)
Operate Class A CDL vehicles (manual 10-speed Internationals)
Support local delivery routes as needed
Follow safety protocols and delivery schedules

Qualifications:
Valid Class A CDL license ( no automatic restriction )
Experience driving manual transmission vehicles
Background in freight loading/unloading
Forklift experience is a plus
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
