Class 1 HGV Driver

Class 1 HGV Driver (Nights)

We are recruiting for Class 1 HGV Drivers to work nights for our client at East Midlands Gateway. As a Class 1 HGV Driver you will undertake trunking work to other company sites, NDC's and RDC's.

Shift Patterns / Working Hours:
+ Monday to Friday or Sunday to Thursday (Driver chooses which pattern).
+ Start times will be between 2000 and 2200 each day
+ Guaranteed 9.6 hours per shift minimum pay with OT paid out after 9.6 hours each day.

The successful Class 1 Driver will:
+ Have a valid Class 1 License for a minimum of 6 months
+ Have a valid tacho and DQC card
+ Have a positive can do attitude

Your duties as a Class 1 HGV Driver will include:
+ Trunking goods around the UK+ Trailer swaps and backloads

You will receive:
+ Nights - 18.75 per hour
+ Nights OT after 9.6 hours daily - 28.12 per hour
