LV Logistics have an exciting opportunity for a Class 1 Driver to join the team. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return will receive a competitive salary.
Salary:
- £14.41 / hour basic, guaranteed 50 hours
- £18.84 / Sundays and Bank Holidays, guaranteed minimum hours

Key responsibilities of our Class 1 Driver:
- Collections and deliveries around the UK in one of our 44tonne artic vehicles
- Follow specific job instructions and complete all the relevant paperwork
- Conduct vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness - ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, and current Vehicle and Tachograph legislation
What we are looking for in our Class 1 Driver:
- HGV Class 1 Licence
- Full drivers CPC.
- Previous experience not necessarily what we are looking for, we want the right person to join the team
- Must be willing to tramp as some nights out required
- To be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ambitious, organised and driven
- The ability to build relationships with customers
- Workload is generally Monday to Friday with weekend work sporadic and optional
- ADR licence would be ideal too, but if not, we are happy to put you through the training
