Key Responsibilities:
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain authorizations for transplant-related services.
- Provide patients with clear guidance on insurance benefits, coverage issues, and available options.
- Interpret transplant-specific insurance benefits and communicate them effectively.
- Address real-time insurance and financial questions from patients and staff.
- Collaborate with care teams during case discussions and meetings.
- Follow standardized processes to ensure timely financial clearance.

Required Qualifications:
- Professional presence with strong communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Commercial, Medicare, Medi-Cal, HMO, and PPO insurance plans.
- Proven experience with insurance verification and authorization processes.
- Ability to explain insurance benefits clearly and empathetically to patients.
- Familiarity with transplant-specific insurance requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills for time-sensitive issues.
