You'll also assist with setting departmental goals and budgets, monitor compliance with claims guidelines, and help foster a team culture of growth, accountability, and cooperation.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and participate in cross-functional leadership discussions
  • Manage TPAs and handle high-exposure or complex claims as needed
  • Support departmental goals, budget planning, and strategic initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of professional liability claims experience
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational abilities
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and $9,600 annual auto allowance
  • Day 1 benefits, including comprehensive insurance with low deductibles
  • Hybrid flexibility with a 37.5-hour workweek
  • 401(k) with 6% company match and a pension plan
  • 13 paid holidays (including 3 floating days)
  • Tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 per year
