Claims Management Representative
- 3+ years working for a business that provides services to PROPERTY insurance companies
- Experience using Xactimate and Symbility
- College degree from an accredited school required
- Past experience with a restoration company or as a service provider to property insurance adjusters is required
- Excellent report writing skills and proficiency in use of MS, Word, Excel and PowerPoint are required
- Job will include assisting the emergency response call center after hours
- Job will involve data input for claims management applications including report generation from HMI systems
- Administrative management of field assessors performing assignments for HMI and HMI clients
- Job is hybrid and not fully remote; office attendance is required and may vary depending on need
- Job is located in Cary, NC
