Establish loss and expense reserves. Manage litigation strategy. Communicate adverse case developments to Claims Manager and provide information on issues affecting Medical and Healthcare Practice business. Ensure adherence to internal large loss and claims review reporting requirements. Manage Third Party Administrator relationships including reporting responsibilities. Contribute to implementation of initiatives, strategies, and action plans introduced by Claims Manager. Actively participate in ongoing training and development activities.
