Key Responsibilities: - Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or web.
- Research and resolve claim-related issues, including adjustments and reprocessing.
- Process claims and appeals following company guidelines and industry regulations.
- Identify and escalate complex issues or potential fraud cases as needed.
- Maintain compliance with quality and production standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree can substitute for experience).
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, including 1 year in claims or appeals processing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
