Description

  • Processing, cutting, and packaging our food products
  • maintains a well-organized back stock/cooler area
  • Cook hot meals (Sushi, Deli, Bakery, and Japanese food) and food preparation
  • Follow recipes and must accurately measure ingredients
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the work and storage area
  • Checks product temperature to ensure freshness and quality
  • Ensures a safe and clean work environment
  • Work environment will be in extreme temperature

Requirements

  • Comfortable with working in a kitchen environment
  • Able to read, write, and do simple math problems
  • Able to interpret, understand, and follow instructions.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and respond to questions from all level of management
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds without aid
  • Obtain a CA Food Handler's Certificate
