Description- Processing, cutting, and packaging our food products
- maintains a well-organized back stock/cooler area
- Cook hot meals (Sushi, Deli, Bakery, and Japanese food) and food preparation
- Follow recipes and must accurately measure ingredients
- Maintaining cleanliness of the work and storage area
- Checks product temperature to ensure freshness and quality
- Ensures a safe and clean work environment
- Work environment will be in extreme temperature
Requirements- Comfortable with working in a kitchen environment
- Able to read, write, and do simple math problems
- Able to interpret, understand, and follow instructions.
- Ability to effectively communicate and respond to questions from all level of management
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds without aid
- Obtain a CA Food Handler's Certificate
