Salary: $120,000 - $135,000

Position Summary:

The Civil Engineer Project Manager, P.E. will lead and manage civil engineering projects including roadways, residential and commercial developments, drainage, and municipal facilities. This role involves managing project budgets, timelines, and coordination with clients, public entities, and internal teams. A strong candidate will bring both technical expertise and leadership capabilities to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage civil engineering projects from design through construction
  • Analyze and interpret technical data, maps, reports, and drawings
  • Develop project scopes, cost estimates, and schedules
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies
  • Prepare detailed reports, plans, and specifications
  • Oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with plans
  • Supervise a team of 3-10 engineers and technicians
  • Lead project meetings and participate in public forums as needed
  • Support business development efforts through client engagement and proposals

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.)-must be licensed in OK or able to obtain
  • 5-7 years of civil engineering experience, including 2+ years in project management or team leadership
  • Proficiency in engineering design software and project management tools
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 50%

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

  • Office and field work required
  • Must be able to occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs
  • Must possess adequate vision, mobility, and communication abilities for the role
