Job DetailsWhat You'll Do:
Lead end-to-end development of complex land development projects, from initial concept through construction
Guide and mentor a talented team of engineers and technicians, fostering their growth while delivering excellence
Design innovative solutions for subdivisions, infrastructure, and utility systems using cutting-edge AutoCAD Civil3D
Build and nurture relationships with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders
Drive project success through strategic planning, resource optimization, and quality control

What You'll Bring:
PE License in North Carolina
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited)
5+ years of land development engineering experience, including 2+ years managing projects and teams
Expert knowledge of AutoCAD Civil3D and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication skills and client-focused mindset
Valid North Carolina Driver's License
Ideal Qualities:
Passion for mentoring and developing team members
Track record of building strong client relationships
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Experience with Ajera financial management software (preferred)
