Description
- Lead cost estimates and manage construction projects
- Coordinate with project team for planning and scheduling
- Prepare bids and proposals for new projects
- Oversee and review contractor performance
- Ensure project deadlines are met
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Monitor project costs and report any discrepancies
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Profile
A successful Civil PM/Estimator should have:
- Civil experience running projects start to finish
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Experience in project management and cost estimation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in project management and estimating software
