Kienle Law, PC is seeking a civil litigation paralegal with a strong background in personal injury insurance defense. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience with civil procedure deadlines for discovery and law and motion. We are looking for paralegal to process medical and billing records, manage subpoenas and develop medical and billing chronologies/summaries. Our office environment is collaborative and will allow you to have direct client interaction and hands on training and experience on how to offer exceptional work product to our firm clients. This candidate should feel comfortable conducting research, doing data entry, scheduling, maintaining case files, and completing other ad-hoc requests, as needed.
Responsibilities
- Management of all case related records especially medical and billing records
- Drafting and responding to written discovery
- Organize and electronically file pleadings
- Coordinate and schedule calendars
- Coordinate expert witnesses/documents
- Subpoena and manage records from providers and third parties
- Pre-trial and trial preparation including developing jury instructions
- Managing court related procedures for hearings trial
Qualifications
Paralegal Certification
- 4+ years' as civil litigation/personal injury paralegal
