Job Details

• Represent clients in civil litigation matters, including contract disputes, real estate litigation, collections, fraud, mechanic's liens, and lemon law claims
• Manage cases from complaint through trial or settlement, including pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, and expert witness coordination
• Appear in General District and Circuit Courts, preparing for both bench and jury trials
• Evaluate litigation strategies, negotiate settlements, and advise clients at each stage of the process
• Collaborate with colleagues to review and discuss ongoing cases, ensuring continuity and client coverage
• Provide regular client updates and maintain a high standard of communication and professionalism

Looking For:

• J.D. and active Virginia Bar License
• 2+ years of civil litigation experience; experience with real estate, contract, or business disputes preferred
• Confident in pre-trial preparation, discovery, and courtroom advocacy
• Ability to manage a full caseload independently while collaborating in a team-oriented environment
