Job DetailsWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Litigation Associate to join our dynamic legal team.
Great opportunity for an Associate looking for bench and trial experience.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal research and analysis on various litigation matters
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Assisting with discovery requests and responses, including drafting and responding to Interrogatories
- Preparing for and attending depositions, hearings, and trials
- Collaborating with clients, experts, and other attorneys on litigation matters
- Managing and prioritizing a high-volume caseload
- Providing exceptional client service and communication throughout the litigation process
Areas of Concentration:
- Premise and General Liability Defense
- Construction
- Hospital and Medical Malpractice
- Products Liability
- Professional Liability
- Trucking and Vehicular Liability Defense
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar, Strong writing, negotiation skills, and academic record.
