Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to handle all aspects of cases, from pre-litigation to litigation. Looking for strong civil litigation background. PI experience not required.
Tasks include investigation of facts and liability, monitoring medical treatment, communicating with clients, case management, demand writing, negotiating claims, filing lawsuits, preparing discovery, and preparing for trial. Must be highly motivated, have excellent writing skills, and be able to work in a team environment.
Looking for three to fifteen years of litigation experience. Personal Injury experience is a plus but not a requirement. A great opportunity to be a part of a well-established, reputable, and growing law firm handling significant cases in a positive work atmosphere.
