Background Requirements
- 2-6 years of experience in private insurance defense practice
- Practice areas of interest include personal injury defense, auto car accidents, slip and falls, general liability
- Taking depos, handling hearings or arguments
- Motions practice, dispositive motions
- Experience in state, federal and appellate courts
- Must be admitted in CA AND NV
