Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year

- Diverse commercial client base is active in retail, single-family and multi-family residential, healthcare, hospitality, theme park, office, industrial/warehouse and multiuse development markets. We also serve the public sector by doing business with city, county, state and federal government agencies; school boards; regulatory agencies; and transportation districts

Job DetailsREQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years of civil engineering experience, PE
- AutoCad Civil 3D proficiency
- Civil site and drainage design experience
- Single family, townhome and multi-family residential development project experience
- Professional office and industrial/warehouse development project experience
- Permitting experience in Central Florida with city and county agencies
- Paving, grading, drainage, water, sewer and utility design experience
- Construction administration, observation and certification experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Civil engineering design, permitting and project management
- Land development site design analysis, scheduling, financial and material resources management, leading internal teams and coordinating meetings and calls with clients and subconsultants
