Civil Engineer/Project Manager - Level V Miami, FL
Direct Hire We have a new opportunity for a Civil Engineer/Project Manager in our Miami office. This opportunity offers exciting challenges while managing design teams on single and multi-discipline projects. Responsibilities include:

•Project engineering and management including project oversight, setting priorities and developing objectives, project financial management as well as hands-on involvement in the design process.

•The ability to serve as a technical resource for site civil team members.

•Project engineering and management.

•Mentor less experienced staff members.

•Business development activities including proposal preparation, project interviews/presentations, and client management.

•Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced multi-discipline environment.

•Professional society involvement. Minimum qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Master's degree is a plus.

•Minimum of 8 years of experience in designing and managing a wide variety of site development projects, municipal roadway and utility projects.

•Professional Engineer (PE) License in Florida.
•Knowledge of stormwater management design and permitting regulations.

•Ability to work collaboratively with a multi-discipline and architect-led team on large facility projects.

•Good communication skills and a proven track record in successfully interacting with clients and internal team members is necessary.

•Knowledge of municipal utility design including sanitary sewer and water main.

•Abilities to manage and mentor staff and successfully lead a group is a plus.

•Success in business development planning, including developing strategic business plans, marketing activities, client development, presentation experience and proposal development is a desired.

•Experience managing a group would be considered a plus.

•Proficient with Autodesk Civil3D, hydrology and hydraulic software. Client Benefit package:
