We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with a strong background in project management and coordination across diverse construction disciplines including landscaping, masonry, demolition, concrete, and earthwork. This role requires a dynamic professional who thrives in both field and office environments, ensuring seamless execution of projects from planning through completion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Conduct on-site inspections and supervise field operations (60% of time), ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Prepare and review project documentation including blueprints, technical reports, cost estimates, and schedules.
  • Oversee site preparation, grading, excavation, and installation of concrete and masonry structures.
  • Manage landscaping and demolition phases, ensuring environmental and structural integrity.
  • Utilize project management tools to track progress, manage resources, and report to stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal construction regulations and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 12 months.
  • 5+ years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on field operations and project management.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project, and other engineering software.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in the field and collaboratively in an office setting.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with sustainable landscaping and erosion control.
  • Familiarity with demolition safety and environmental remediation.
  • Knowledge of soil mechanics and concrete mix design.
