We are seeking an energetic and experienced Permanent Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to manage and grow a portfolio of commercial line accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial insurance, account management, customer service, risk management, policy analysis, policy renewal, client relations, commercial lines, property, casualty, certificates, and proposals. Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

1. Managing and nurturing a portfolio of commercial line accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
2. Analyzing and assessing clients' risk exposures and recommending appropriate insurance coverage solutions.
3. Developing and presenting detailed proposals that meet the clients' unique business needs.
4. Collaborating with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
5. Keeping up-to-date with changes in the insurance market and commercial lines products to provide accurate advice to clients.
6. Handling policy renewals and processing certificates of insurance.
7. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders.
8. Resolving client inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in commercial insurance, account management, customer service, risk management, policy analysis, policy renewal, client relations, commercial lines, property, casualty, certificates, renewals, and proposals.
2. A strong understanding of commercial lines insurance products, including property, casualty, and specialty lines.
3. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess risk and make informed decisions.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in simple terms.
6. Proficiency in using insurance software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. A professional insurance designation (e.g., CIC, CRM, CPCU) would be an asset.
