A well-established, growing engineering and land planning firm is seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to lead and design private land development projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of civil site plans for commercial and residential subdivisions, including grading, drainage, roadway, and utility layouts (AutoCAD Civil 3D).
- Oversee construction to ensure quality, adherence to specifications, and timely project delivery.
- Partner with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and guide them in project execution.
- Ensure designs meet local, state, and federal regulations.
- Prepare engineering reports and construction documents.
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of experience in civil/site development, specifically with commercial and subdivision projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, HYDROCAD, and Civil 3D and other civil engineering software.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
