Position Overview The
Citrix Managed Services Delivery Lead is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of Citrix-based managed services to enterprise clients. This individual will act as a trusted advisor to customers, drive solution innovation, and ensure service excellence aligned with Arrow Electronics' business goals and customer success strategies.
What You'll Be Doing - Lead the delivery and evolution of Citrix managed services by aligning technical solutions with customer business objectives and Arrow's strategic vision.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver scalable Citrix solutions that meet long-term organizational goals.
- Translate complex business requirements into functional and system design specifications, leveraging use cases to ensure user-centric outcomes and service usability.
- Drive quality assurance across all phases of service delivery - from design through implementation - ensuring accuracy, reliability, and consistency in deliverables.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client data, usage patterns, and business trends to propose forward-looking service enhancements and technology roadmaps.
- Support the Project Manager in defining project scope, estimating effort, and developing business cases, including cost-benefit analysis for proposed initiatives.
- Contribute thought leadership to the development and enhancement of Arrow's managed services portfolio and Citrix capabilities.
Strategic Impact & Complexity
- Act as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert in Citrix technologies and managed services, shaping long-term client strategies and service models.
- Guide cross-functional teams through complex problem-solving using best practices, industry benchmarks, and innovative approaches.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery performance, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Mentor and coach junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and professional development.
What We're Looking For - Typically requires 10+ years of experience in IT service delivery or enterprise solution management, with a strong focus on Citrix technologies and managed services .
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in client-facing strategic roles, with demonstrated success in leading enterprise-level Citrix implementations or services.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to align technology solutions with business value and customer outcomes.
- Project management/IT Service Management certifications are preferred.
Work Arrangement Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate: $116,700.00 - $160,000.00 OTE
Location: US-CO-Colorado (Remote Employees)
Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company's request and sole discretion.
