Job Title: Network Engineer
Nature of work : Contract (6 months)

Job Description:
• Participating in Cisco ACI design planning implementation and testing with a focus on multi datacenter configurations.
• Install configure and customize Cisco Unified Wireless Network Cisco DNA Center Cisco Spaces and Prime Infrastructure.
• Optimize wireless network coverage and performance in high density wireless client areas by reviewing and adjusting system configurations.
• Provide internal consulting technical guidance information and support to other teams during the development of each systems migration plan.
• Create Low Level Design High Level Design Implementation Migration Plan and Acceptance Test Plan documents following client standards.
• Install and configure network switches and lead the migration process based on the developed plans and client's change management process.
• Perform in-depth analysis of current cabling inventory and develop new cabling designs.
• Collaborate with the security team to evaluate threats troubleshoot issues and ensure compliance with client's security configuration standards.
• Prepare comprehensive manuals and documentation for all tasks and procedures.
• Resolve complex problems with multiple variables demonstrating excellent problem solving and analytical abilities.
Qualifications:
• Must have hands on experience with Cisco ACI implementation.
• Extensive experience in configuring and customizing Cisco APIC controller.
• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in planning and designing switching network solutions and migrations for large enterprises.
• Subject matter expertise in Cisco Unified Wireless Networking including 80211bgnacax LWAPP CAPWAP APs WLCs Prime Infrastructure Cisco ISE and Cisco DNAC.
• Solid understanding of complex multivendor layer 2 3 and 47 environments encompassing Cisco Checkpoint Palo Alto F5 Pulse Secure and Citrix VPN.
• Proficient in Cisco device configuration and troubleshooting across multiple platforms.
• Expert understanding of external L2L3 fabric connectivity and experience in L2L3 switching architecture design.
• Strong technical knowledge of common routing protocols OSPF EIGRP static BGP etc and switching networks across largescale environments.
• Thorough understanding of networking principles including switches routers cables racks firewalls LAN WAN TCPIP DNS UDP latency VoIP QoS LDAP and IPsec.
• Ability to manage project plans track milestones and identify dependencies.
• Excellent engineering project management skills including planning organization scheduling and progress reporting.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical abilities and a passion for designing and implementing cutting edge network solutions.
