Job Title: Cisco Advanced Diagnostics Engineer

Shift - Night shift


Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Cisco Advanced Diagnostics Engineer (ADE) to support complex technical escalations and lead critical deployments for our maintenance and managed services customers. This role is central to ensuring customer success, mentoring internal engineering teams, and delivering high-quality technical solutions across Cisco Unified Communications and Virtual Infrastructure environments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an escalation point for CSC engineers, providing Tier 3 support across Cisco UC and virtual infrastructure technologies
  • Lead Release Management deployments, including upgrades, patches, and change management
  • Mentor and train engineering teams on troubleshooting, diagnostics, and best practices
  • Design, document, and deploy Cisco UC and virtualization solutions
  • Analyze and resolve complex issues involving SIP, H.323, voice gateways, virtualization platforms, and QoS
  • Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain documentation and knowledge base content to support internal teams

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco UC technologies (CUCM, UCCE/UCCX, CVP, Unity, CER, IM&P, etc.)
  • 5+ years of experience with Virtual Infrastructure (VMware ESXi/vCenter, Cisco UCS, Nutanix, Dell, HP)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in enterprise voice and network environments
  • Experience with SIP Trunks, QoS, CUBE, ISR, and PSTN communication
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Project leadership and customer-facing experience

Preferred Certifications:

  • Cisco CCNP or CCIE
  • VMware DCV
