ABOUT JOB A. Designation: Technical Trainer for CISCO / CCNA expertise for Centre for Career Development B. Job Purpose & Role: To train the students in new age technology (CISCO & CCNA) to bridge the Industry & academia gap leading to increase in the employability of the students. C. KnowledgeTo provide technical training on Cisco Routing and Switching technologiesResponsible for providing guidance to students for CCNA & CCNP certifications on Routing and Switching trackProven experience in devising technical training programs to UG/PG Engineering students in Higher Education InstitutionsTo be abreast in latest software as per Industry standard & having knowledge of modern training techniques and tools to deliver the technical subjectsTo prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)To execute training sessions, webinars, workshops for studentsTo administer, monitor and keep report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc. for effective outcome based subject deliveryTo observe and evaluate results of training programsTo determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements D.
