ABOUT JOB
A. Designation: Technical Trainer for CISCO / CCNA expertise for Centre for Career Development
B. Job Purpose & Role: To train the students in new age technology (CISCO & CCNA) to bridge the Industry & academia gap leading to increase in the employability of the students.
C. Knowledge
- To provide technical training on Cisco Routing and Switching technologies
- Responsible for providing guidance to students for CCNA & CCNP certifications on Routing and Switching track
- Proven experience in devising technical training programs to UG/PG Engineering students in Higher Education Institutions
- To be abreast in latest software as per Industry standard & having knowledge of modern training techniques and tools to deliver the technical subjects
- To prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)
- To execute training sessions, webinars, workshops for students
- To administer, monitor and keep report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc. for effective outcome based subject delivery
- To observe and evaluate results of training programs
- To determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements
D. Technical Skills (Subject Areas of Delivering Training with Practical Approach)
- CCNA & CCNP Certified, Routing & Switching Technologies:
- Good knowledge in the Networking field of Routing & switching
- Knowledge and Troubleshooting of CISCO Router and Switches.
• - Knowledge of Switched networks using VLAN, INTER VLAN ROUTING.
- Knowledge Protocols: RIP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP and Routed protocol : TCP/IP
