CI SME Instructor

Garud is seeking a CI SME/Instructor - Operations Senior to work with our client. This role will be responsible for providing advanced Counterintelligence operations and instruction supporting Joint Counterintelligence Training Activity (JCITA).
• Provide world-class, Advanced Foreign Counterintelligence Operations and Seminar Support (AFCIOC) instruction.
• Plan, develop, and execute training certification for Offensive Counterintelligence Operations (OFCO) Case Officers in accordance with DoD Instruction S-5240.09.
• Deliver classroom-based instruction and assess student performance in field exercises that frequently exceed 8-hours a day, including weekends during course(s).
• Provide CI subject matter expert expertise for course development, instruction, and mentorship in OFCO support to CI. Skills & Abilities:
• Experience employing a variety of learning techniques, i.e., eLearning tools, lectures, classroom discussions, team exercises, readings, case studies, role plays and demonstrations of required skills through work-related tasks. Education and Experience:
• Must be a graduate from an accredited Cl Special Agent credentialing school: JCITA Advanced Foreign Cl Operations Course (AFCIOC) Army Advanced Foreign Counterintelligence Training Course (AFCITC) Air Force Counterespionage Case Officer's Course Navy Counterespionage Operations Course Legacy Training course (subject to approval by the customer)
• Must have a minimum of seven (7) years of demonstrated experience conducting, supervising, instructing, supporting, or providing legal oversight of OFCO in accordance with the DoDI S5240.09.
• Highly desired experience includes experience as an Executive Case Officer, Team Chief, or Operations Officer. Location:
• Work will be conducted at client site in Quantico, VA and requires travel within the NCR and CONUS(up to 10%). Salary:
• Estimated range between $77,000 - $150,000. Garud considers multiple factors determining final salary including contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
