We have a fantastic opportunity for a Bank Children s Nurse to join Routes Healthcare s specialist complex care team. You ll play a hands-on role delivering safe, person-centred care to children with complex clinical needs in their own homes.

Your typical duties may include:
- Direct delivery of care to children with complex needs
- Clinical interventions including:
- Tracheostomy care and management
- Ventilation (invasive and non-invasive)
- PEG feeding and enteral nutrition
- Oxygen therapy and airway management
- Medication administration
- Manual handling and repositioning
- Following detailed care plans and working collaboratively with families
- Reporting changes in condition and ensuring clinical records are maintained to a high standard
- Supporting care staff with basic clinical competency where required
What we re looking for:
- Registered Children s Nurse (RCN) with valid NMC pin
- Experience in tracheostomy and ventilation care is essential
- Confident with PEG feeding, oxygen therapy and complex medication administration
- Community care experience desirable, but not essential
- A calm, compassionate presence with a commitment to high standards of care
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends or nights if available
- A UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred
