We re looking for a passionate, resilient and forward-thinking Children s Home Manager to take the reins of a new, purpose-driven residential home in Glasgow. What You ll Do:

Lead and develop a high-performing team to provide exceptional care for children aged 8 18

Ensure compliance with Care Inspectorate standards and all relevant legislation

Build a positive, trauma-informed culture that supports young people s emotional and behavioural development

Be an advocate for the children in your care liaising with external agencies, families and professionals

Drive continuous improvement and innovation in care delivery
What We re Looking For:

A dynamic, experienced manager with a minimum of 2 years experience in a senior role within a children s residential setting

Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification (or equivalent)

A deep understanding of safeguarding, trauma-informed care, and children s rights
-
Someone who leads with empathy, structure, and integrity

Strong leadership, decision-making, and organisational skills
