Childcare Solicitor, Bournemouth

My client is a well-known firm on the south coast, specializing in Family law and Childcare law, and they have a new role available within their team.

The firm ideally seeks a childcare panel member or someone aspiring to attain panel membership.

You will work alongside well-known senior fee earners and benefit from secretarial and assistant support, which will save you time.

While 3 years PQE is preferred, applications from qualified candidates at all levels will be considered if they demonstrate a long-term motivation to stay in childcare law.

There is an opportunity to develop your skills closely with key partners.

The firm expects you to be in the office 5 days a week during the probation period to learn the systems and settle in. Afterward, hybrid working arrangements will be available.

You will be expected to attend court for cases that cannot be settled amicably.

The firm maintains excellent relationships with guardians and social services, providing trusted, high-standard service in these cases.

Perks include paid parking, pension, sick pay, a competitive salary, and 26 days of holiday plus statutory days initially, increasing to 29 with service. Most importantly, you'll be part of a specialist niche team to maximize your potential within childcare law.

Applications from relocators will be considered, provided they can demonstrate a commitment to living and working in the area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a childcare solicitor.
