About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead and oversee all technological aspects, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. The CTO will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's technology strategy, managing the technology budget, and leading technology procurements and implementations. The successful candidate will be expected to have a strong technical background, with expertise in software, hardware, networking, and cybersecurity, and to stay abreast of the latest technological trends and advancements. Candidates for the CTO position at the company should have a BS/BA in computer science or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in a managerial capacity in information technology. The role requires excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to lead and manage technology teams effectively. The CTO will also be responsible for fostering a culture of innovation, driving the development of new products and services, and ensuring that all technology solutions are reliable, secure, and compliant with industry regulations.
