What do we need: The Chief Program Manager is responsible for leading the direction of the Programming Branch of our work, which includes Guest Services, Culinary, Community Safety, Education, Family Advocacy, Supportive Housing, Family Homelessness Prevention, Children, Youth and Family Engagement and Families for Finance. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), the CPO has direct accountability and responsibility for the development, implementation, and evaluation of programming that advances PSP's strategic initiatives and achieves the best outcomes for our families. The CPO reports to the CEO and supports their work in cultivating and maintaining relationships with peer organizations and community advocates that work to end family homelessness. Responsibilities:Facilitate the execution of PSP strategic program initiatives by working collaboratively with the other Executive Team members and ensuring that programs are communicated and easily understood throughout the organization.Manage and support the Director of Shelter Operations, Director of Early Childhood Education, Director of Family Supports, and St. Anne's Place Program Manager.Consult with senior leaders and department heads to coordinate and develop goals that support the achievement of the organization's strategic priorities.Engage external community to learn and influence strategies to expand opportunities to end family homelessness.As a member of the organization's executive team, influence both long-term and short-term policy and strategic decisions. Provide leadership, direction, and oversight to PSP program services.Provide program development leadership expanding program features necessary to accomplish strategic initiatives.Evaluate the quality and effectiveness of existing programs using rigorous data collection and analysis to continuously improve services.Identify, build, and nurture external relationships and community partnerships critical to achieving the organization's goals.Oversee the preparation of annual budgets for the Programs & Services Division, monitor revenue and expenses, approving all expenses to ensure fiscal health and mission success.Pay and Benefits$123,439 annually - $154,299 annually Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMFull-Time, Exempt.Medical, dental, vision insurance available.Company-wide paid life and disability insurance. 401 (k) with 5% employer contribution after 6 months. 40 days of PTO per year. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent professional experience.Minimum seven years of demonstrated success in program management and leadership.Experience in nonprofit operations/management and/or community development.
