Position Overview:
Seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and professional Falcon 7X Chief Pilot / Captain to join our private aviation team in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate must have extensive flight experience, leadership capabilities, and thorough Falcon 7X aircraft operations knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
Flight Operations and Compliance:
- Serve as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on Falcon 7X flights, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations under FAR Part 91.
- Conduct pre-flight inspections, maintain aircraft manuals, file flight plans, and ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company policies.
- Develop, implement, and oversee the company's Operations Manual, Safety Management System, Standard Operating Procedures, and Letters of Authorization.
- Maintain flying proficiency through regular training and stay current with industry best practices and regulatory changes.
- Prepare and maintain proficiency records, pilot files, flight schedules, and duty time records.
- Proactively communicate with leadership regarding operational standards and aircraft airworthiness.
Pilot and Crew Management:
- Lead and mentor pilots, providing direction, coaching, and feedback.
- Manage crew scheduling, training, and compliance.
Administration and Operations:
- Supervise maintenance coordination, overseeing in-house qualified A&P mechanics and external maintenance vendors.
- Coordinate flight logistics including scheduling domestic and international flights, security briefings, ground transportation, catering, overflight permits, and related services.
- Negotiate and manage service agreements, FBO arrangements, fuel pricing, and maintenance contracts.
- Develop and monitor budgets and related financial reports; participate in strategic planning.
- Direct responsibility of warranty programs and vendors specific to 7X operation
Performance Analysis and Improvement:
- Ensure compliance and submit required reports to FAA and internal departments (Legal, Tax, Insurance, and Finance).
- Prepare monthly operational performance reports and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Regularly communicate with leadership regarding performance assessments and professional development.
Qualifications:
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (ATP) with Falcon 7X type rating.
- Minimum of 5,000 total flight hours.
- Minimum 500 hours as Pilot-in-Command in Falcon 7X.
- Extensive experience operating under FAR Part 91.
- Strong understanding of Dassault EASy IV avionics suite.
- Experience with international operations, CPDLC, FANS 1/A+, and ADS-B procedures.
- Demonstrated leadership and managerial experience.
- Passion for aviation safety and personal service.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in private aviation operations.
- Must live within one hour of Denver.
- Current First-Class Medical Certificate.
- Valid US Passport with unrestricted international travel capability.
- No FAA violations or accidents.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding flight details, passengers, and operations.
