Chief Operations Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop high-performing teams across departments, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and results.
- Build and reinforce an operations-focused culture grounded in collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Translate company vision into actionable strategies, systems, and processes.
- Oversee and align daily operations across field, administration, accounting, and marketing to ensure seamless execution and communication.
- Identify and address operational gaps, implement best practices, and lead change initiatives across departments.
- Establish and monitor key performance metrics, holding teams accountable to operational goals.
- Guide hiring decisions, team assignments, vendor selection, and subcontractor coordination to ensure optimal project execution.
- Oversee project schedules and budgets, ensuring alignment with business targets and timelines.
- Drive proactive issue resolution and problem-solving to eliminate roadblocks and inefficiencies.
- Mentor and coach team leaders, enhancing individual performance and building organizational capacity.
- Ensure compliance, accurate documentation, and risk mitigation across contracts, change orders, and client-facing communications.
- Collaborate with finance to manage billing cycles, accounts receivable, and financial closeout processes.
Chief Operations Manager Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in an executive-level operations or general management role.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of scaling teams, building systems, and delivering results in a growing organization.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, contract negotiation, performance management, and process improvement.
- Comfortable navigating competing priorities while maintaining alignment across departments.
- Proficient in data analysis, business software (including Microsoft Office Suite), and systems optimization.
- Familiarity with business infrastructure, compliance, and operational risk management.

Compensation: $150,000 - $225,000 + 20% Bonus Potential
