Job duties Work with the executive leadership team to coordinate and serve as an integrator to optimize administrative workflow and operation across teams of the organization. Help the executive leadership team gain productivity and impact by keeping reports accountable for results. Ensure the executive leadership teams execution of high-profile projects and manage key business operating systems. Communicate with the leadership team and other members of the organization in Korean language, serving as the coordinator by informing the departmental challenges and connecting the applicable teams to reach solutions. Manage cross functional initiatives to ensure the executive leaderships strategic priorities and initiatives align with the organizations needs. Work with teams to drive strategic projects including analytics deep dives, operational efficiency, change management, and team offsites. Ensure the executive leadership team operates smoothly by assisting with their healthy team collaboration, efficient project management, robust data and reporting, and effective stakeholder communication. Manage the mechanisms for tracking and informing relevant stakeholders of status and ensuring follow-up on outstanding action items. Escalate when a project is lacking sufficient progress and recommend actions to return it to being on-track. Domestic and international travel required 25% of time. Education and Experience required Bachelors degree in Business Management, Management, or closely related and 3 years of finance, administration, or business operations in the B2B sales, SaaS sales, or similar industry. Background 1) 3 years of experience working with C-Suite (CEO, CTO, or COO). 2) 3 years of experience reviewing and analyzing financial statements and sales and activity reports, to identify programs for improvement and cost management. 3) 3 years of experience in developing and coordinating objectives and strategies for the executive leadership, and communicating with cross-functional team leaders. 4) 3 years of experience working with SaaS Go-to-Market metrics including all of the following: a) GTM funnel analysis and reporting; b) Salesforce reporting; c) GTM modeling to set targets: ability to build both bottoms-up (starting from Marketing investments) and top-down (target revenue growth); and d) GTM funnel modeling to set targets and track progress. 5) 3 years of experience in Project Management using JIRA or Smartsheets. 6) 3 years of experience in Salesforce CRM. 7) 3 years of experience working with SaaS Operating Metrics including all of the following: a) SaaS business operating funnel analysis and reporting; b) Financial modeling: ability to use GTM models built to set growth targets and track progress; and c) Generating new pricing models for SaaS products and features. 8) 2 years of experience in reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts. 9) 3 years of experience in monitoring and implementing departmental policies and objectives in alignment with the strategic goals set by the executive leadership. 10) 3 years of experience in managing the mechanisms for tracking and informing relevant stakeholders of status and ensuring follow-up on outstanding action items. 11) Must demonstrate fluency in Korean.
