Chief of Staff

We are a venture backed AI company helping governments and enterprises easily manage their cyber compliance programs. We use generative AI to streamline compliance with NIST 800-53 based standards like CMMC 2.0, FedRAMP, and DOD SRG. Our product is solving a critical need for enterprises, and as our traction grows, we are expanding our go to market team.

The Chief of Staff will serve a key role across the business working in partnership with the leadership team. They will provide organization and manage initiatives along the key activities of the business: (1) investor relations; (2) sales & marketing; and (3) internal operations. They will partner closely with the CEO and CTO on a daily basis to help anticipate, manage, and track initiative progress according to the company's five year strategy and current year operational plan. They will be asked to own key initiatives that require significant research, executive writing, and organization including market assessments, product roadmaps, vendor comparisons, and more. Finally, they will support operational needs such managing quote to cash, vendor agreements, and sales enablement.

Ideal candidates will be naturally organized, have a bias for action, and demonstrate a high level of executive presence. They will enjoy the thrill of solving problems and bringing organization to ambiguous environments, and they love being part of a high performing team to solve customers' most important challenges.

This position is based in northern Virginia.

Basic Qualifications

+ BA/BS in a relevant field

+ 2 or more years of experience as a chief of staff, program manager, or the like

+ Expertise with project management, calendar management, and office productivity software (esp. PowerPoint, Asana, Jira)

+ Excellent writer and researcher, and experience using AI enabled research and writing tools

Preferred Qualifications

+ 2-3 years in tech sales, marketing, or product management

+ Experience and/or certifications in cybersecurity

+ Experience with venture capital, private equity, corporate development, and/or investor relations

+ MBA
