The Opportunity:

We're seeking a Chief of Staff Assistant (Volunteer/Intern) to support our Agency Director with:

Scheduling, communications, and daily operations

DHSR (Division of Health Service Regulation) compliance tracking and documentation

Social media management (posting + engagement)

Community outreach and marketing activities

Event support and local representation (as needed)

What You'll Do:

Support scheduling, communication, and agency administration

Assist with DHSR compliance tracking and documentation

Manage social media postings and engagement campaigns

Help organize and promote community outreach and marketing activities

Provide operational support to the Agency Director

Represent Executive Home Care at select events and meetings (as needed)

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

You're highly efficient, proactive, anticipatory, professionally polished, flexible, and coachable - essentially a true "right-hand" to the Agency Director.

Strong communication and organizational skills

Kind, friendly, and positive personality

Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships

Tech-savvy (social media skills are a plus - Canva, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)

Valid NC driver's license and ability to travel locally

Familiarity with the Triangle area's healthcare or senior services landscape (preferred, not required)

Bilingual/multilingual skills (a plus, not required)

Bonus Structure:

Client Conversion Bonus: $50 per new client you help convert
