The Chief Mental Health Officer (CMHO) is a full-time leadership role based in Muskegon, Michigan, overseeing mental health, substance use, and school-based programs.
Responsible for clinical leadership, staff supervision, program development, and strategic planning. Builds community partnerships, evaluates initiatives, and manages department operations. Provides direct clinical care as needed, mentors staff, and ensures quality and compliance.
