Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead and scale our marketing strategy across digital and traditional channels. As the company experiences rapid growth and expansion, the CMO will play a pivotal role in building a high-performance marketing function that drives customer acquisition, brand awareness, and local market dominance. This is a key executive leadership position with significant influence over the company's growth trajectory and go-to-market approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports both corporate brand growth and local market activation.
- Build and manage high-performing teams across digital marketing, brand, CRM, and field/local marketing.
- Drive customer acquisition through performance marketing (PPC, SEO, paid social, affiliate, email/SMS).
- Oversee brand strategy, creative development, and execution across web, print, video, and social channels.
- Optimize marketing spend and ROI through data-driven decision making and campaign testing.
- Partner with operations to ensure marketing supports field success and regional goals.
- Enhance customer lifecycle marketing through CRM, loyalty programs, and retention campaigns.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead of industry shifts and customer expectations.
- Report on KPIs and performance metrics to leadership, private equity partners, and the board.
- Evaluate and implement MarTech tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, CallRail, etc.) to scale capabilities.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of marketing experience, including leadership roles in B2C service-based industries.
- Experience in home services, franchising, multi-location retail, or consumer services preferred.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling customer acquisition and brand marketing strategies.
- Deep expertise in digital marketing-SEM, SEO, paid social, display, content, and analytics.
- Experience managing local or field marketing teams across multiple geographies.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field required; MBA preferred.
