- Manage legal services delivery model and department resources
- Develop comprehensive risk management frameworks and intellectual property strategies
- Guide complex business decisions balancing legal risk with growth objectives
- Ensure ethical business practices across all operations
Qualifications
- J.D. from ABA-accredited law school with active U.S. law license in good standing
- 15+ years corporate law experience with proven business acumen
- Strong track record in contract development, negotiation, and interpretation
- Demonstrated success leading and developing legal teams
- Expertise in corporate governance and business law
- Experience managing complex transactions and risk assessment
- Financial acumen and strategic planning capabilities
