  1. Lead all aspects of legal operations and risk management for a $1.8B organization
  2. Provide strategic counsel to CEO, Board of Directors, and executive leadership team
  3. Oversee corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and business transactions
  4. Manage legal services delivery model and department resources
  5. Develop comprehensive risk management frameworks and intellectual property strategies
  6. Guide complex business decisions balancing legal risk with growth objectives
  7. Ensure ethical business practices across all operations

Qualifications

  1. J.D. from ABA-accredited law school with active U.S. law license in good standing
  2. 15+ years corporate law experience with proven business acumen
  3. Strong track record in contract development, negotiation, and interpretation
  4. Demonstrated success leading and developing legal teams
  5. Expertise in corporate governance and business law
  6. Experience managing complex transactions and risk assessment
  7. Financial acumen and strategic planning capabilities
